He is a Lecturer, Management Consultant & Corporate Trainer with key expertise in Leadership & HR Strategy. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at University of Ghana Business School, and a visiting lecturer to the Commonwealth University – UK.

He has worked in multinational, multicultural and local corporate environments in Ghana, UAE, Nigeria & Singapore

She is also a sought-after speaker and consultant on HR trends, employee experience, and the future of work. Yvonne has a passion for mentoring upcoming HR professionals and is actively involved in programs that enhance HR capabilities in the region.

She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, USA and also has an educational background in LLB and LLM She is a fellow of the chartered institute of Human Resource Management She was awarded the HR Personality of the year during the 2023 HR Professionals Summ She loves farming and having fun. She is married with kids. She also supports businesses with their HR needs. She privately runs an NGO called the TAKOA Foundation where she caters for young deprived girls. She is currently the Human Resources Business Partner Commercial, Manager, (HRBPC) in an Oil and Gas Company where she strategically aligns with the commercial units’ objectives to aid achieve the overall goals of the company. Nana Akua impacts through lecturing as a Part-time job at a private university. She lectures Professional Ethics, Corporate and Principles of communication and Human Resource Management.
In her private life, she moderates events, handles media consultation, writes scripts and a Voice -Over Artiste. Nana Akua can simply be described as an acquirer and carrier of great communication, leadership and conflict management skills.
